Villa Cacique is a beautifully designed hilltop house for up to 4 people in 2 bed rooms, 2 baths. Floor-to-ceiling sliding screen doors all around the house let you take maximum advantage of its panoramic ocean views.

In front of the villa is the infinity pool with beach entry which seems to drop away into the blue Pacific Ocean below.
 
At the side of the pool is a barbecue and pizza oven, and lounge chairs on the sun deck. Behind the sun deck and BBQ area is a thatched rancho with sofa chairs, table, a hammock, a wet bar and fridge.

Villa Cacique has been built following the principles of Feng Shui. It feels overall cozy, peaceful and inspiring.

The indoor kitchen and living room flows outside to the covered ocean view terrace through sliding glass doors. Outside is a table seating 8 people, sofas, and a hanging day bed at the edge of the terrace.

Here you enjoy your morning breakfast with sweeping views of the coast from Santa Teresa to Mal Pais, and in the evening you bask in spectacular sunsets over the ocean.

Indoor Living :

Centerpiece of the house is the heigh ceilinged living area with the kitchen unit in the middle. Air and light flow inside through large sliding glass doors. The lofty, airy design of the villa lets the cooling ocean breeze waft through making air condition unnecessary.

The chef's kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances and European fixtures. It has granite countertops, a large fridge and oven/grill unit let into the wall, gas stove, double sink and Italian expresso coffee machine.

On the seaside part of the living /kitchen area is an open bedroom with a muslin draped king size bed and glass doors giving view to the ocean. On the jungle side is a sofa and flat screen TV with satellite program, and DVD. The sofa can also be used as a bed for 2 more people.

At the back of the villa are two large bathrooms with hot water showers, and an office room with a desk, telephone and fax.

Behind the house is a carport and the jungle in which you can often see monkeys and birds.

On a platform below the house there is a helicopter landing pad which our guests can use.
